DMPTool temporarily unavailable

Hello DMPTool community,

We just received a message from the central UCOP IT service desk that all of our UCOP web services are “experiencing performance issues,” both internally and externally. The issue began on 3/1/16 at 1:45pm and appears to be affecting the DMPTool. We apologize for the inconvenience and will be in touch to let you know when the issue is resolved—hopefully soon!
